December VFW Riders Meeting - 3 December, 2011
The meeting was called to order at 11:30 a.m. and Chaplain Dave Nichols said a prayer. We then said the Pledge of Allegiance. Old Business - There was no old Business.. New Business - Either Dec.10 @1100 hrs. or Dec.11 @ 1400 hrs. The VOVMC, the VFW Riders, and the Patriot Guard Riders will be escorting the Wreaths to the Ft. McClellan Cemetary. This is the first time Fort McClellan Cemetary will be honoring our Departed Soldiers. We will be taking donations for the Bill Nichols Center for Christmas. Items most needed, toiletries such as hand lotion, shaving cream, etc. We would be grateful for all donations. Thanks! Our next meeting will be 3 March, 2012 at 1200 hrs.
