Comrades,

Hope everyone is doing well. Just a reminder for labor day weekend for everyone to be carefull if you are out on the roads. So until next time be safe and if you have any problems give me or one of my officers a call.

On 16 September 2011 we will be having a POW/MIA Ceremony here at our post to honor our fellow soldiers who were Prisoners of War and Missing in Action. Please come out to show your support.

Darts have started back up again. There will be one of the two teams here every Tuesday night at 7pm. There will be domestic beer for $2.00 that night for everyone at the bar until darts are over, so come out and support our dart teams.

Post News:

Greetings Comrades,

As always, I hope this finds everyone in good health and spirits. There is a lot of imformation to pass on this month. Membership is at 15.53% and growing..

Membership - Letters are being sent to our list of unpaid members from last year. A letter with an explanation of our VFW Programs, the help we give to the community, and the help we give to our fellow veterans was sent to them. I would like to ask each VFW Member to try and sign up at least one new VFW Member if possible.

We need your help in these hard times. With us not getting our cost of living increase again this year it has affected our VFW Membership. Thanks! If anyone needs help with a VA Disability Claim, or a Social Security Disability claim come see me. I'll be glad to help you any way I can. We need to work as a team with everything we do. Without teamwork we will not be able acomplish the many things that we must do.
